Victory of Pradyumna over Karna in battle

Pradyumna and Karna never fought in Mahabharata but according to Harivamsha which is the Khila Parva of Mahabharata Pradyumna was far superior warrior to Karna. Here's the proof that Harivamsa is also a part of original Mahabharata :-
Bibek Debroy translation of BORI CE, Section-2
‘These are the contents of the eighteen parvas. The appendices are known as Hari
Vamsha127 and Bhavishya.128 Thus the entire contents of Bharata are described in the
chapter known as Parva Sangraha. Eighteen akshouhinis of soldiers came together to fight
and the battle raged for eighteen days."
Here Ugrasava Sauti clearly said that Harvamsa Purana is a part of the epic
DEFEAT OF KARNA BY PRADYUMNA :-

the powerful son of kR^iShNa, (pradyumna), at
the front of the battle, oppressed karNa who
was trying hard for victory in the battlefield and
caught him, who was struggling.

O king! (janamejaya! vaishampAyana continued)
and threw him into the terrible cave of illusion.
In the same way (he caught) king duryodhana,
virATa, drupada,
Here Pradyumna caught Karna and threw him in the cave of illusions. So Karna was fairly defeated by Pradyumna.
EXCUSES OF KARNA FANS
1). Pradyumna had a boon of invincibility given by Lord Shiva
Here's the half narrative provided by Karna fans to fool the public :-
baddhagodhA~NgulitrANA daMshitA yuddhakA~NkShiNaH
bilvodakeshvaraM devaM namaskR^itya surottamam ||
2-84-2

They prepared for the battle, by putting lizard
skin covers over the fingers and wearing
jackets, worshipping the lord of bilva and water
(shiva), the best among deva-s,

ga~NgAyAH kurushArdUla rudravAkyena puNyayA ||2-84-3

and taking bath in the water of Avarta, blessed
with the boon given by rudra (shiva) which is
the same as the auspicious water of ga~Nga by
the words of rudra (shiva), O the tiger of the
kuru race!
So here's the half narrative provided by Karna fans. Now here's the full narrative :-

vaishampAyana said:

kR^iShNa and sAtyaki mounted on tArkShya
(garuDa).

2-84-4

The one who respects others (kR^iShNa) placed
pradyumna at the lead of the army in the sky
and directed the pANDava-s to protect the place
of sacrifice.
So as you all can read here here they is used for Lord Krishna, Balrama and Satyaki only because Pradyumna's name is mentioned in the next paragraph.
Hence Pradyumna didn't had any kind boon of invincibility
2). Pradyumna had a rope of Lord Shiva which he used to defeat Karna
If Pradyumna had used the rope then the word "tied" should have been used instead of oppressed. Oppressing can be done by bare hands only and nobody can oppress anyone using a rope. Here's the proof :-
bilvodakeshvaraM devaM raukmiNeyo namasya cha |
ArabhannR^ipatiM baddhuM shishupAlaM mahAbalam ||
2-84-56
Bowing to the deva, the lord of bilva and udaka
(shiva), the son of rukmiNI (pradyumna) started
to tie up, the lord of men, king shishupAla of
great power.
Here Pradyumna tied up Shishupala using the rope but Karna was oppressed not tied.
Hence, Pradyumna defeated Karna using his bare hands.
So, Pradyumna was a far superior warrior than Karna
